In Idaho, you may pass another vehicle in an intersection:
If a dashed yellow pavement marking continues up to and after an intersection, you may pass vehicles in the intersection. If there are no pavement markings in the intersection, or if there is a solid yellow line next to a dashed yellow line in the intersection, you may not pass in the intersection.
